PO 4500170202 is not allowing to Publish in SNC.

The Order was wrongly confirmed. The schedule lines have repeatedly confirmed with quantity"0". Hence the system is not allowing to Publish the PO.
We have to delete the schedule lines with repeated confirmed with quantities "0" highlighted in the below screen shot for all the lines it has and save the PO and try to Publish the PO.
